i think you are fine without another extension, because you entered the country within 90 days of Visa issue.So as on 15/03/16, you will be eligible to apply for ILR.

Thanks @sts96508, but i asked since many LTD company directors are having hard time with UKBA, while never heard same from contractors operating via Umbrella. Can you answer another hypothetical question? can i get ILR on same day as LTD company owner/director? or are there any complications involved?

i hate to say this, but you indeed are in trouble as ILR is closed for Tier-1 holders on 05Apr2018

But there is a way. Tier-2(General) can be clubbed with Tier-1 period spent to form total 5 yrs for ILR eligibility.
