June 6th applicant here. I really am starting to lose patience. Immigration will claim they work on "date of receipt" but yet people that as far and June 30 getting approval even some July. I understand every case is different and some may applicants are still waiting but it's just frustr...
Hey Karuna I am in nearly identical situation to yours. I also applied British Citizenship in 1st week of June and my indian passport will expire by end of this year. Ideally its better to wait for citizenship to approve but looking at way Home Office is working its putting everything in jeopardy. I...
My wife's ILR is due end of this month, and due to cost going for postal route. I applied my Naturalisation on June 1st week and based on timeline it will take at least end of september for decision to come. 1) what happens while my wife's ILR is under process and i get my decision on naturalisation...
The sheer audacity of the timing (after starting the Brexit process, but before negotiations have even begun) of the move to go to the country is breathtaking. Whatever you may say of her policies, as a politician, she is not just good, she is brilliant. She is a Prime Minister in a way that Camero...
thanks moderators for answering my original query. I have follow-up questions, based on my gathering of knowledge from this forum. Q: after getting UK passport, there is 3 months grace period to use Indian passport to travel to India So can i go to india and surrender Indian passport in India? I now...
I believe that the OP's questions are oriented towards the processes that former Indian citizens have to follow to acquire OCI, rather than British naturalisation and hence this thread should be moved to the "Other Countries" forum. I originally posted this in "Other Countries" ...
thank you @ohara i am sorry, i didn't know about correct forum for this query? thanks for link, i did read it, but still hoped to get more info here. May be i didn't write correctly, but about travelling, my concern was not for next 12 months after ILR, but while my application for Naturalization ->...
I got my ILR last month, and need to know what's next next year when i go for naturalization? I am pretty much ok with British Naturalization application, but since i am indian i have to follow up it with Surrendering indian passport and then OCI application. What's best source/link to get informati...
As a commonwealth citizen with 'Leave to Remain' work visa i thought it's in my personal best of interest to LEAVE EU, so sent my postal vote yesterday. Post Brexit, Points-based system (PBS) may or may not come, but there is certainly hope for revival and better prospects for us non-EU migrants tha...

Hello @Tallat Mine is not exact case but got similar doubt? i m on Tier-1(General) and requested HMRC employment history recently. For recent financial yr 2014-2015, i switched job/employer, and there is mismatch between P60 and HMRC record, but i got refund from hmrc for that yr, still refund is no...
@kirankhalil75
make sense now, since even HMRC won't give you history for last financial yr of 2015-2016, but only for years before apr-2015.
Seems like HMRC doesn't update for recent year
What about B1 certificate In this certificate we have three different IDs Qualification Number: 500/1934/X Trinity ID:1-484689998:1-4748492892 Candidate Number:1-4748492892 Any idea which one to choose? @sifanaeem Thanks for your input HI everyone there is also one very important question, that Why Home Office have access to HMRC database till Jan 2015 ? as i have seen at least two refusal for this reason ............. both have filed self assessment before application and paid the correct taxes. @...
never noticed till most recent post in this forum highlighted fraudulent P60. I personally never failed to get P45/P60 from employers, and have all from last 5 yrs, but now really shocked to know some employees are fooled with fake P60s/payslips. My real objective of thread is to understand particul...
Based on recent cases, in this forum, of ILR being rejected based on tax discrepancies, i am trying to understand specific scenarios where this is happening and thus helping future applicant where to look for gaps. Following are my understanding, feel free to correct/acknowledge: 1) UKVI checks Prev...
Ahmed Were you given fraudulent p60??? :shock: :shock: Employer thought of going to this extent with effort to steal your tax money?? Never heard such thing. I always assumed p60/p45 to be 100% reliable? You appear to live a somewhat sheltered life...as Geriatrix has commented, it happens! But I ad...
