The new rules will not effect your application or anyones who has applied before July 9th. They will only come into effect for applications applied on and after that date. Keep positive you will hear something very soon

You dont need a valid TB certificate to enter the UK. You only need a valid TB certificate for when your visa is stamped in your passport.
