Thanks a lot for the revert. It's a relief as it costs 84 gbp for the replacement certificate.

Lost naturalisation certificate. Do I need replacement

Hi,

My naturalisation certificate was misplaced by indian high commission when surrendered my indian passport.

I have my british passport with me and photo copy of naturalisation certificate.

Please advice if this certificate might be needed in future and I should apply for replacement.

I had applied for naturalisation through NCS on 22nd jan and brp replacement on 25 Jan.

Applied for brp replacement as I didn't want to break the rule.

Thanks. Is There any contact nunnery I can call? There is so less info on brp replacement.

My council says passport is mandatory for ceremony.

I had a similar situation. Same visa cataorgy and lost my brp ILR card.

Applied for natuaralisation through ncs. Got approval yesterday.

I have applied for naturalisation through NCS today. Lady checked on lost brp replacement mandate with the naturalisation team but they said it needs to be checked with immigration department if i need to apply for replacement brp.

Any thoughts?

I have copy of police report, photocopy of Brp card and approval letter. Thanks for confirming. I will apply for naturalisation now. Thanks ginger.garlic. I have got the affidavit from court stating they got married on the given date. Hope that's suffice. My mother doesn't have fathers name as spouse on the passport though.

Mrproblem, I don't think Adhaar card is accepted as evidence. Any expert advice please.

It means I can apply for baby's passport in Sep/Oct 2013.

Me and my spouse has to wait till Dec 2013.
