After lots of tears finally I got it.

Hello i have been waiting for 6 months and a half, yesterday they called me to give my reference number and check it up on the royal mail web page, now nobody knows where my package is.
What can i do?

Thank you so much for your advise! I will call them tomorrow otherwise I'm thinking about contacting a lawyer, i have the option of appliying for anitalian passport in february but i wanted to make things like they say...

I applied for eea2 on june 6 2012, got my coa 4 month later but im still waiting for my rc. My dad passed away and i couldnt go to say goodbye.
