I think you should embrace for the rejection as you do not stand any chance of acceptance. If you browse this forum, you will see that homeoffice rejected spouse visas even when sponsor salary was only few hundreds short. I am not expert but I don't think you qualify for Human rights either otherwis...

UKBA takes these issues very seriously and I do not think they will put this as a reason on a refusal letter. If they do then it will be very stupid of them as they are supposed to protect you and not expose to danger. However, it could be that they do not get to read your letter before they make de...

CCJ and Defaults do not affect your ILR application and even your British Citizenship. All you have to do is provide a proof that you have agreed a payment plan with your creditor and provide proof of it. I have first hand experience of reviewing an application of a person who had CCJ (£10K outstand...

I want to confirm that can I use dividends towards satisfying 18,600 income requirement? I have tried to find the answer in ukba guide but couldn't understand if dividends of the company you are running counts or not.

Does this also mean that dependent can travel outside of UK and then enter back in UK on PBS(Dependent) visa, if their sponsor has switched from PBS to ILR?

Thanks for clarifying.

My PBS dependent visa will run out 2 months before completing the 2 years period.

I believe I will have to wait for new law to come in to force and then seek clarification on this?
