My advice would be send him home, hope he does not get noticed by the UKBA, then get married in his home country and start the process properly. If the UKBA know he as entered the UK illegally you will find it very difficult to get him a visa, even harder if he has been working illegally and they fi...

I was refused for not submitting SU07/12 form for my wife with no dependents.
My wife applied in October without this form and got her Visa so its not a mandatory requirement for spouse applications.

Document return

Does whether an application for settlement is approved or refused have any bearing on the documents returned? do they return all the same in either circumstance? Do they always return your evidence of relationship such as skype conversation logs etc?

The letters from your sponsors employer are compulsory regardless of any other evidence provided therefore the refusal is correct. If you intend to appeal you will need to include these otherwise your appeal will fail. 2. In respect of salaried employment in the UK, all of the following evidence mus...

Im sure the application will end up in Hanoi, but maybe they will check the applications in HCMC and then send them by post to Hanoi. Actually there is no visa processing in Hanoi, Bangkok is the regional hub for Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. all applications made in Vietnam either Hanoi or...

Tenancy Length

I have seen it stated on this forum by some members that when applying for a spouse visa a tenancy should have at least 6 month left. Just curious where this has come from? An application can take 6 months to process in some areas of the world. So a 6 month tenancy could have expired by the time the...

You don't need pre booked tickets for spouse visa, the three months doesn't usually apply because it takes up to three months to process or even longer depending where you apply. Once its granted you must travel to the UK within 3 months. So apply now, put down 1st of April as your travel date, then...

Remember a divorce does not happen overnight, the minimum it will take is about 3 months. However this is if you agree to the divorce and your husband can prove grounds. As you are pregnant with his child you will obviously want a financial settlement that means you and the child will be catered for...

Just once but there is different levels, first is the ECM review, then if that does not overturn it there is the 1st tier, then the upper tier, then you can take it to judicial review. How much time and money do you have to waste?

Can I Travel To Any EU Country With My Non EU Spouse

I am a UK citizen with a non EU spouse, my spouse does not have a residence permit or visa for any EU country. Can I use the EU free movement law to travel to an EU country with my spouse? without applying for a visa? or would she need to be inside the EU to travel with me?

Thanks

I disagree the fact that you married, sponsored your wife to come to the UK and remained married just long enough to gain ILR before filing for divorce will bring your new partners application under much scrutiny.
