Yes It looks like company did not pay the tax to HMRC. Did you submit payslip or company letter as an evidence of earnings was claimed. Hi

If you have payslip of those 2 company than you have proof that you paid the tax and also for limited company you have already P60s. By the way how much amount did you show from those 2 company.

Hi If you have payslip with you and can prove that your salary was coming after tax n NI deducted. So it means it is showing only the limited company tax on Paye . My one is expiring on 16th June 2015 what is earliest date for me to apply before 28 days for ILR. it is 20th May or 21st May. It would depend on your Entry Clearance date and date of first entry. Generally if someone still has a valid visa and ILR is refused, it should not impact it and the person could continue on the leave they have.
