I think you can apply on 19.06.2015. One of my friend has same situation so he asked his Solicitor so he said that's fine you can count gap to complete 5 years if your application was in home office during that gap.

or a majority English speaking country (other than
Canada); OR

so any Bach or Master degree was taught from UK

Congratulations Mate Would you please list in your documents provided to PEO and did you show employer letter for absences as I also have only 54 out of UK absences in 5 Years I m also on Tier 1 General will be applying in May 2015.

hello mates I have asked my friend whose wife got FLR M and SET M mentioned in previous post. I asked him about Section 7a so he said he had to show£18600 for FLR M AND SET M as well. so it means dependent of Long residency for FLR M / SET M needs to show £18600 but good news is that they can apply ...
