Is any rule applied that No more 90 days in last 12 months for this category? No, there is no such rule. However, absences should be limited and for good reason, i.e. spouse should not be living abroad and only visiting the UK. Thanks for replying quickly One of my Cousins will be out of UK for 94 ...

Personally i would write anything because the home office would get this information from HMRC. It is not like you were hiding anything . Just leave it and wait for your decision.
