Re: ILR 5 Year on Tier 1 general Route - SET (O) section 6.1

Hi Experts, Please clarify the question 6.1 on the SET(O) ILR application form. 6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based. I first arrived in the UK on 1...

Re: AN form latest version 01/2016?

Thanks all of you really quick responses. Just was worried about Referees details if they fill current one and UKVI changes . I think I also read somewhere in forum that if form changed but people still can use old form for 22 days . Is it right?

Thanks

Hi

I think Most of the case workers need to give B1 English test themselves 1st. If they can not understand their own guidance in AN guidance and Booklet.

Re: Moving to self employment

Hi

Do we have to mention only 10 years employment history or self employed as well. If someone was registered as self employed and was also doing full time employment but at the time of applications he is not registered as self employed anymore and only doing full time employment job.

Thanks

Re: ILR 10 year long residency route tax issue

Hi Mate

Sorry to hear that your ILR decision is pending. But why did not you submit your tax return on time or did you submit but did not pay even a penny to HMRC . I think you should have amended your tax return before applying ILR. 9K+12K= 21K and tax is £9000 how come? .

Thanks
