Great information and thanks for posting that for all of us! I must say however that looking at our data on here, 45 days average processing time does not include the application waiting to be processed and after a decision has been made, waiting for your ILR label. ACK Letter

I received my acknowledgement letter from Croydon, although someone on this forum mentioned that all ILR applications are sent to Liverpool for processing(?).

Delay in processing

I was also told by a friend that the delays are because they took staff out of the ILR camp to help process the Olympics visas. Not sure whether this is true but the delays have been occurring from last November isnt it?
