Hi mate, No I did not submit wife's document as they have it already on their record. I only submitted Joint bank account statement, joint tenancy agreement and joint council tax bill along with my own documents. It is worth mentioning that I waisted more than 3 months gathering information (previou...

Update on my application

Hi all, The number I used to call the Home Office is their standard enquiry number which is 08706067766. Worth noting that at times the line can get busy and call ended before having the opportunity to be connected. You'll just have to try again. Also, I meant to post under 10 years route but my po...

Re: H

I do not believe that it is fair to compare all applications as some are straightforward and others are not. You also have to factor in the hu...

People are ringing home office because they are not getting their biometric letter. You usually get it in first 3-5 weeks. It is because of their new system bought in at the end of October. Seems like they have messed up and have a massive backlog of applications that haven't been entered into the ...

My question is this: can his wife also from Romania (my mother-in-law) who's been living here for 6 years make any claim to the British c...

She is doing some voluntary work at the moment. She has not booked her place on another course as we have just relocated from the South East of London to the North West. We are still looking around for an appropriate college/uni.

She has a degree and master from her home country but I feel she needs to be on her course a bit longer (six months to a year) in order to get the necessary standards of the command of the English language to get a job in her field. Don't get me wrong she can hold a conversation as we converse in En...
