ILR & FLR(M) on the same day?

Hi All,

I am planning to apply for FLR(M) for my wife who is on a Tier 1 dependent but dont satisfy 2 yr Cohab rule. Can I book appointment on the same day or do it some other day after I get ILR. Thanks.

Eligibility for ILR

Please can you confirm when I will be eligible for ILR:-

Visa Stamped - 11th July 2007 HSMP
Entered UK 04th Aug 2007

When I called UKBA, they said it is 28 days before 04th Aug so any date after 07th july?

Hi,

Congrats for your ILR. Please can confirm if the eligiblity for ILR starts from 28 days before visa stamp and not entry clearance? when I phoned ukba they said it is 28 days before entry clearance.

From you post, it appreas different. thanks.
