HSBC's Fixed Rate Saver Bond (UK) worked for me.

I have produced a special letter telling that funds are available at any time, but most likely UKBA knows that those accounts are liquidatable, and a special letter is not required. Just a letter confirming it's your account should be ok.

Looks OK

If you need to be registered in police, take the certificate.

It's also a good idea to produce a letter from employer - gives case worker additional confidence, and P60 - just in case.

No need to send educational documents for the 2nd time

Police is not mentioned in General Grounds, however it is certain that if you are not registered at all, you will be refused extension is police registration was required in visa.

Can you please advise or send links on how late police registration affects extensions?
