I see, thank you. That's terrible. Basically they want people to pay again then for small mistakes!!! Why would somebody who wants a visit visa be able to argue their human rights?! Sneaky gits :x
Oh well, at least we will see him for New year. Thanks for the help.

Danielle.

Just to add...i realse there are no restrictions as such as he doesn't have the 'no resource to public funds' on his permit but didn't know if when it comes to an IO's decision, it could look bad and go against him? X

First trip to Uk

Hello, Im afraid I have yet another question! Just looking at possible flights. Would we have to enter the UK from an EEA country for the first time? We would like to visit Albania first and then fly to the UK from there. Is this possible and would it be likely to cause any problems at Gatwick or do...

I know. I was more asking for other peoples experiences or if anyone had noticed on here the the SS cases were moving abit quicker now like a few issued within 3-4 months. There is a post for eea2 processing times but none seem to be SS. Although there is a 'queue' some people do seem to get there's...

Oh ok, I see. I just thought that as your case has already been looked at once (family permit) that there wouldn't be many cases of refusal now you don't have to be exercising treaty rights in the UK. They'll be looking over a case that's already been looked at and decided within 15 days (possibly) ...

3. Restrictions on Free Movement Rights (to come into force on 16th October 2012). The new rules will make clear that an EEA national cannot be considered to be an EEA national who is also a British national, meaning that a UK national has to move from another EEA State to the UK in order to trigger...

I have to disagree really. Although other members personal stories can be very helpful it is the gurus who will be honest and say 'I'm not sure'', ''it's not 100%'', ''get legal advice'' whereas a lot of members going through the process will give the wrong information thinking they have understood ...

EEA Family Permit - Documents worry

Hi everyone, yet another question I hope someone can help me with! I know when it comes to supporting documents they want the minimum basic but it dawned on me last night this might not be enough in our case. When it comes to work I'll have a letter from the company stating when I commenced work and...

Yes they do! Can I ask one more question....My husband says he was told yesterday when enquiring about his Greek residency (he renews his permit every 2 years) that if he applies for long-term residency, 5 years, here in Greece he can go to the UK as a Greek national does? Is this true? I don;t beli...
