I got my letter

I have received the second letter HSMP sent to me, its an approval letter.It has been sent at 16/06/06 and i received it at 26/06/04.But I havent receive the first letter and the documents.

Just the same as me, and when i called DHL to collect the letter,the HSMP didnt sign the form,so they sent it to me by airmail again and i havent receive it. They sent first letter at 27/04/04 and the second at 11/06/04.

The HSMP will give me another letter, I asked DHL to collect it but HSMP didnt to sign. DHL dont want to discuss with HSMP and ask me how , dtytsoi ,could you give me your DHL mail's number, the DHL worker ask me to tell them the number as i have told her someone has the same problem. Thank you.

this is the email:
You submitted the original Chinese certificate for your Bachelor of
Engineering degree. In order to score points, we require a certified
English translation of the document.

BTW,i have sent a translation of the document by myself with the original Chinese certificate .

You have 4 weeks to send the additional informations and when they receive it, the decision will be taken immediate .but I am unlucky and havent received my mail ,they received my additional information at 26/04/04 and sent the letter 27/04/04.

the new email said "we do not have a email number but mail can take as long
as 6/8 weeks to arrive in china due to the size of some of the packages. if
you have not received anything by 8 weeks please do not hesitate to contact
us."

I have gone to china post office ,they said it just need 3-5 days, i think its maybe lost. So what can i do? :cry:

I just get a email, it said "I confirm that your documents were dispatched on 27/04/04 by first class air
mail. We cannot give a specific time on how long this will take to arrive
but on average takes 6-8 weeks" ,my god it need 6-8 weeks?

yeah,i choosed FedEx firstly and then changed to use DHL.The service of the FedEx agent is very poor.
