She can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of her first visa issue/start date.

So within 28 days before 25 November 2018 which means she could have already applied.
So it starts counting from visa idsuance dat? Thanks very much for guidance

Use the following calculator:

www.timeanddate.com/date/duration.html
Thank you, for this table the result shows from 22/12/13 to 24/11/18 is 4 years, 11 months, 3 days including the end date.

what would you suggest the earliest date could be.

Thank you.

so what is the earliest date = 24/11/18 as its 28 days less 5 years completing on 21/12/18 (5 years from date of entry 22/12/13)

Re: Loss of Job prior to ILR Application

Do you have £18600 in savings? You could satisfy the financial requirement via savings instead of via a salary. Yes, you can satisfy the financial requirements using savings. But it is not a one-to-one match. To make up earnings of £18,600, you need savings of £62,500. There is a formula for calcul...

Form to be printed one sided or both sides

Hi, a rather silly question that set O form print has to be single side or we could use a both sides print for PEO appointments.

Can we take folders and if form/ documents could be strapled / use paperclips to hold multiple pages together?

Dear immigration experts, I recently made an application for Indefinite Leave to remain as the father of a child present and settled in the UK.
