Re: Issue on Naturalisation

The reality is they give priority to those applicant who pay tax and family members come last. Also they are looking at the backlog backwards to imply that they are processing applications faster. I don't think that is necessarily true, My friend applied in 2008, we both got our naturalization toge...

It looks to me since many applicants from Aug/Oct 2011 got their approvals , it has become a boiling pot for people waiting from 2008, 2009 and 2010 and early 2011. I have been told that the new format application forms are being processed faster as they are simpler to process and computer readable...

In that regard, the Mini...

I am very happy for those who have received their approval, however there is a question for me it seems like approval is very much depends on LTR. my spouse's application has been submitted in 2008 and also received LTR in 2006 but at that time there was no fee for LTR (the way I remember it). Once ...

Re: Minister Decision

alpha_1 --> I sent the LTR update to the citizenship division. I got an acknowledgement from the 'Further Processing team'. It took around 9 months to go from initial to further processing team ( i am an aug-2011) applicant. I guess you too have got your LTR approval. Did you get anything back from...

Taking the matter to media

Maybe if the figure 4000 is a hoax and its the government's way of telling to european union that they are bound to law, we should take an action ourselves. This does not seem to be right to wait for unlimited amount of time with absolute not answer from Dept of Justice. Maybe we should take this to...

Is there any law or regulation involved?

What is the process based on? in fact, is there any process at all? I see some people get approval within 6 months (I am very happy for them) but some are waiting for over 4, 5 years. Dept of Justice do not bound themselves to explain anything, like people's life is a game to them. They do not reali...
