yes, you need to declare whenever & wherever you had fingerprints.

And you will have to do the fingerprints again at the PEO. they will take your current biometrics and ask you to do it again.
You will then recieve the new biometrics card in the post following your approval at PEO

i believe you can apply for naturalisation after completing 12 months on your ILR. You must not have been out of the country for more than 90 days during that qualififying period.

@pal2786 yes, we (i and my wife) applied together. Sushdmehta is correct here, i am pretty sure the payment card must belong to one of the applicants. i would advise you to wait for your card if you are applying on your own. Other option could be that your wife goes to PEO with you on your day of ap...

ur list looks complete.

How abt the biometric card , if you have one ?

you can also carry any previous UKBA letters issued to you at the time of ur HSMP approval or extensions etc.. Not an absolute requirement, but good to have it there.

You should be fine , good luck

thx

paid by card, its my wife's bank account with barclays..no problems with the transactions.

However, if you don't do larger (atleast >£1000) very often from you account then i would suggest to inform you bank about this transaction prior to your visit to UKBA office.

@ Vasu My case is similar to yours and i am applying for ILR in 3 weeks time. I would think that we would need to show the original Home office letter that we got at the time the work permit was issued. Along with that work permit letter, we could also show the P45 from work permit sponsor employer ...

look guys, i understand your concerns but i am only saying that UKBA seems to be understaffed and they need to make more appointments available to the public. By that i mean , UKBA needs to man up a bit more. For me, i would think that relying on only one appointment is far too risky here especially...

Re: ILR Eligibility query

I would think that you case for ILR is totally on the discretion of the caseworker or in other words, your luck on the application day. Since its marginally over the 90 days period, you may be able to get away with it. But i agree with your approach here - Go with both sets of applications and Be re...

i believe the points that you are calculating should be done on the basis of when you got Tier1 General visa and not on your first HSMP visa.

Perhaps, someone senior can clarify this here.

Also, Is it necessary to have P45s if you have worked for more than 1 employer during the five -year period ?
