you can still try every midnight as people holding appointments cancel theirs if they dont need them at last moment...which you can grab. I by mistake had booked an appointment on the 3rd July night for 5th July...so you keep trying till your last day. On the other hand you should be well prepared ...

Hi All

I need to get Premium service appointment in Solihull Office. As my visa is going to expire on 23rd August 2012 so i want to get visa before that .

Applying EEA2 is just the confirmation of the rights of non-eea national in uk and it is totally optional. Yesterday i have called again and enquired about COA. She said that case worker did not see my application yet.
I have seen such remarks in forum and people receive RC or COA next day
Lets hope today is the day for me to get COA/RC :):).

Requesting your passports back shouldn't affect your application. However if you request your non-eea national passport then RC will be issued on a A4 size letter. Realistically, only the non-EU national requires residence documentation. (Although it is optional, the non-EU may struggle to prove entitlement without it). An EEA1 and EEA2 applications can be made together. Just keep it in the same envelope. Normally, a passport is required for all the applicants...
