Really need your advice!
10 Feb is 6 months since my application. There's only three more days to have a chance to receive RC before that, but every day at the sight of the empty mailbox the hope fades.
What should I do if I don't receive it by Saturday and it exceeds 6 months?

I have requested passport return on 19th December. Nothing. Requested again on 11 Jan. Nothing. Requested again on 16 Jan. Got e-mail on 17th saying it was dispatched. In form they ask to fill in Case ID/Royal mail reference of fee reference.

I sent my application back in August, and didn't think of keeping the postage slip to this day, would it be okay to leave this field blank for them still to proceed with return of the passport I need?

Thank you.

Guys, when you say you sent a follow-up letter/e-mail, what do you say to them? I am waiting from 10th August, and beginning (well, continuing) to worry that there's still no COA. I sent a letter on 1 November to notify about change of address, and 20 days later there's still nothing... It's a night...

EEA2 contact details change and certificate of application

Hello. My EEA2 application has been delivered on 10th August. The address I put there has now changed so I've been trying to contact European Enquires Contact centre as it is advised on the website but there's no direct line. Just the voice mail and e-mail address suggestion for those who need their...

Just as we brought this up... You still can't travel to France without Schengen if you're a visa national, even when with UK residence card?

I didn't have a EEA family permit since I already lived in UK on a student visa before I got married here. I haven't applied for a residence card yet but I have all the documents ne...

Hello! I'm getting married on 19 June in London, England. I met my husband here in London when we both came here to study two years ago. He is a EEA national and I am here on a student visa, which expires 6 days after our marriage takes place. From ukba website I understood that EEA family permit is...
