Stamped Wage Slips

I have applied for my husbands spouse visa, however My wage slips were not stamped by the employer, neither did I have a letter confirming they are authentic.

They were original payslips, with all info.

Should that be okay?
Has anybody else submitted un stammped wage slips?

What documents would i need?
Are financial accounts enough or must i provide bank statements too?
My bank statements are not up to scratch as we do a lot of cash transactions, and have had a few moths low trading between May-June.

A couple with no children would need to show £111.45 per week remaining after rent/council tax is deducted.

Is that how much i must show?
We are a newly married couple with no children.
