eea2 refused in november......with right of appeal ......appeal date set for tribunal 17th january2013 .......the home office presenting officer withdrew case before court date??????

hi our first tier tribunal was dated for 17th jan 2013........................... but ukba have withdrawn
there case should me and my wife be refunded £140.00 ..............................
......................if there was no case??????

Hi,please i would like to know if anyone knows what it means when HO withdraws from appeal hearing before the date.
I was refused eea2 residence card .
Does it mean they have realised their mistake and are willing to issue my wifes residence card ?

my wives eea 2 was refused because home office did not think i was self employed exercising treaty rigths ......my new solicitor but a new bundle together with all correct documents and the home office reviewed before court .... and contacted my solicitor to say they will issue my wife with a 5 year...

got great news today

i got great news today from solicitor .....regarding our appeal .....the home office officer has withdrawn there case today........just before court date tomorrow .......me and my wife are over the moon..... thanks everyone who helped us with advice.

got my all my documents back today ..........but missing my wife passport solicitor said home office kept it it says in letter in refusal letter as I'm not exercising treaty rigths as there not confident I'm self-employed we can appeal........but if we don't my wife has to leave the country within 2...
