after 19 months finally my solicitor received the passport with visa in it ......have a look at at our earlier posts for an idea ........the home office said it was admin mistake sorry about mistake !!!! great news after such anquish !!!!!

ask your previous landlord for a letter on headed paper that you lived at that address for however long and ask him to sign it
