Hi, I have been waiting for over a year now,no response at all, sometimes, I think being a foreigner in this country is so difficult . Can anyone give me some advises?

They sent the acknowledge letter nothing else . Very difficult to get any kind of progress from ukba.

When did you apply for the ILR ?

We were using legal representative when we apply initially, and in between they wrote to them for couple of times but they didn't get any response back from ukba.

Even my employer wrote them for 3 times no response at all from them, really don't what we should do now?

I am surprised that a letter from MP has elicited no response. While I am not aware that one exists but some members of the forum have been claiming that MPs have a "hotline" with UKBA and I had started to believe it! Anyhow, it is indeed a fact that intervention from an MP wakes up UKBA ...
