Hi, I have been waiting for over a year now,no response at all, sometimes, I think being a foreigner in this country is so difficult . Can anyone give me some advises?

They sent the acknowledge letter nothing else . Very difficult to get any kind of progress from ukba.

We were using legal representative when we apply initially, and in between they wrote to them for couple of times but they didn't get any response back from ukba.

Even my employer wrote them for 3 times no response at all from them, really don't what we should do now?

Hi guys, I have been waiting for my ilr for over one year now and it was peo services we used. The mp wrote 4 letters already,and every time got the similar response, can anyone got similar situation and give me some advices what should we do, it is frustrated and really don't know what should we do...

We first applied ILR in Oct 2011 by premiurm services,but we didn't get the decision on the same day,then we start waiting, I have got our local MP write to them,my employer wrote to them as well, but just no response back from HO. Is there anything out of ordinary in your application? - Excess absences / salary not as per COP / employer evading PAYE / conviction etc.? I am surprised that a letter from MP has elicited no response. While I am not aware that one exists but some members of the forum have been claiming that MPs have a "hotline" with UKBA and I had started to believe it! Anyhow, it is indeed a fact that intervention from an MP wakes up UKBA ...
