I understand that we can requst for an update from Home office only after 6 months. Is this equal to 24 weeks from day of application. How many weeks do we have to wait to dial HO number for an update. It has been 21 weeks now and wanted to know if I can call up HO in another 3 weeks time.

I believe you are the first person in Forum who got a BRP after applying under Set O (applications after Feb29)

I believe biometrics have delayed the processing even further. No one in set O in the forum who are supposed to do biometrics have recieved their BRP or passport. Other factors are olympics, strikes etc. I am really getting frustrated. My current Tier 1 expires in August 2nd week. what options do I ...

16 weeks today.
dont see any progress on Set O applications. Do you know of any Set O applicant who had done biometrics and have received their documents back with Biometric Resident permit.

I think biometrics has contributed for further delays in Set O application.
