Hey panther80, I suggest you apply here in Belfast. I think the caseworkers here are more considerate. They assess you documents first and tell you what is the decision or if you lack some documents before deducting your payment.

 I know. It was really my friend who applied ahead of me. As what I mentioned, her husband had conviction as well and the husband was granted only discretionary leave to remain. It was sad but I took a gamble for my family and ILR was granted. To conclude, you will not really know what the case...

P60's

Hi. I just want to suggest, it's better to bring your 5years P60's. If you don't have it all just phone HM revenue for the summary of your P60's. Here in Belfast UKBA, they are asking for P60's even you're on work permit or Tier 2. It's better to be prepared than being sorry.

My husband as my dependent had traffic convictions (driving a motor vehicle without insurance and no licence, a fine of £310) which would be spent on November 2015. I requested for DAT1 (police check) w...

Yes, I made the application before 5-Sept-2011. There was only a delayed reply from the home office as I made my application through post. Thanks for your reply. It's just that I have to clarify because Unison Immigration Lawyer advised to apply 28 days before 24-aug-12 for that's the time work perm...
