He came here on a partner visa and he did the A1 test when we made the initial application. For the extension can we use the same A1 results or he had to do the ...

Re: Spouse Partner Leave to Remain Extension

Did you arrive on a spouse visa granted from abroad for 33 months or applied within UK from another category? You can apply for ILR 28 days before completing 60 months in the UK if your leave has been consistent under the 5 years route. No, my spouse's situation is different, he was on Tier 4 then ...

Re: Unpaid leave - financial requirement

Hi, I put in my wife's spouse visa application in October 2021. My basic salary a month is £4000, but I took unpaid leave in August 2021, although my basic pay remained the same on the payslip, under it says unpaid leave -£2820. What will happen to the application will this be an issue? I've been e...

You are overthinking a lot and do not compare your circumstances to someone else's. Each case is different to the other.

Re: 'undeclared' relationship on FLRO(P)-deception?

Afternoon all! I'm currently in a bit of a conundrum here. I was previously granted as a mother of British child and when I done my last extension in 2019 I explicitly stated that I am single and do not have a partner. I had to do that because I'm aware that if you declare your relationship,...

Does that mean I can go for Cat-C instead of F? Because whatever 20k I earned from LTD company was b/w Nov20 to Nov21. But the doc says... Where a person is relying on dividends from a UK limited company and they are also a director or employee of that company, to count this dividend income under C...

For the FLR(m) extension, should the applicant's divorce documents be uploaded?
Yes you should because it is part of the checklist isn't since you have declared that you have previously been divorced in the application form.

Re: ILR spouse - Limited company

Hello Friends, My spouse's ILR is due in April this year; I am confused with financial requirements for self-employment. I am currently self-employed, owning an LTD company in the UK since Nov'20, and have enough £(40k+), which I have earned with permanent(20k) and self-employment(20k+). Before Nov...

My British child is now 21.5 and is trying to live with her her independent life. I got married in September and was advised it's easier to apply as a spouse. My immigration history is dark and convoluted dating back to 1997. But has been squeaky clean for the last 7. 5 years, since I got granted l...

Re: ILR Spouse Visa - Income Requirement

Hi Guys, I've got 3 questions; 1. If I change my job 6 months prior to my ILR application, would that be fine? Or would I need to show income for the past 12 months? 2. My wife can apply for an ILR in September, but her BRP expires in Summer of 2023, so does this mean we can apply for an ILR at any...

I don't think they can refuse you based on that reasons but you are living with other non relatives so just for precaution purpose, I will do inspection report just to be on a safe side although it is not mandatory but it can strengthen your adequate accommodation.
