Re: Shared house with landlord FM appendix Q 2.7

I include the name of the tenants and I write unknown on the Appendix 2 form as it is confidential and they won't give me.

Re: Spouse visa financial requirement

Aside from using savings to make short falls, you can also do overtime to make shortfalls by doing the average of all your overtime divide it by 6 x 12 then add this to your salary. How much is your annual salary? Let say your salary is 18000 -18600= 600 600 x2.5=1500 1500+16000= 17,500 savings needed

Re: Spouse visa - Applying from UK

I believe your local commercial partner is VFS so if your lawyer has your supporting documents then it is either they take it to one of the VFS Centre in UK to scan it for a fee £75 or the applicant take it to the biometrics to scan and since you have submitted your online applicant then self upload...

Re: Urgent Access UK and Supporting Documents

Re: Spousal Visa - English Test A1 or B1?

A1 is not equivalent to B1 so the answer if you're applying through Access UK should be NO then submit A1 unless you want to take B1. No need to write any letter because the minimum required for spouse visa is A1.

Re: Appeal and reapply simultaneously

I will strongly recommend you to reapply and addressed all the points of the REFUSALS as the guidance is clear that if you have been previously married before then you will need to submit the absolute decree not pre divorce decree nisi. Regarding the financial requirement, If you're paid in cash the...

Re: chat log

3-4 screenshot each month is fine by using Microsoft Word or Powerpoint etc to edit and fit 4 screenshots into 1 page. 12 months equal 12 pages of the screenshot and this will save the time to screenshot thousands of pages.
