Re: Is a stop at a country's airport to switch flights considered 'transit' or 'tourist'

I'm having to detail all travel for the last 2 years on an fiance visa application. Recently I flew from Turkey to Mexico City airport (MEX), on arrival I cleared immigration, switched terminals and caught a flight to Guatemala. I arrived on a tourist visa rather than a transit visa. On the form fo...

Re: Spouse visa extension into BNO - 30 months?

Leave to enter for spouse visa applications are granted for 33 months from abroad and inside the UK it is granted for 30 months. BNO can be granted for 30 months or 5 years. If you switch to BNO, it is likely your route to ILR will be set back so it is better to stay on spouse visa and extend your ...

Re: Will an early payment of salary be a problem?

@Manci

The date of the application was 18th of December do you not think it will be an issue since OP was paid 10th of December which is not within 12 months period to satisfied condition number 2 of Category B.

Re: Will an early payment of salary be a problem?

You have been paid early than expected so that income won't count because it is not within 12 months period from the date of the application.

Does the figure you used at the date of application fulfils the second condition of Category B? If not, I won't risk such application.

Sure.

Please advise how many declarations do we need to submit, and who signs which part?
Consent form 1 for applicant
Consent form 2 for sponsor
Consent form 3 leave it blank unless you have a third party support then this should be signed. Your sponsor is not a third party.
