My 1st reference was signed on 08-06-2013 and the second reference was signed on 15-06-2013. Would this be ok time wise...

Business Visit Visa Travel Information

Hi All,
I hope some one can advise on following:

My brother has UK Visit Business Visa as he was supposed to have some training here.

The training has now been cancelled for some reason.

Can he still travel to the UK just for the visit?

Thanks,

Just had my ILR done.. Does that mean I can now claim CB even before applying for naturalization?

Will those benefits have any bearing on my nationality application?

Thanks.

Hi Mate, Finally got an appointment, though it is for Croydon. I will definitely share my experience here once I am through. Anyway, one more thing I found out after reading this forum was that I don't have to apply ILR for my child born here in the UK. Baby would get the nationality straight away o...

Hi Well to the best of my knowledge your Co-hab docs checklist looks fine to me and I think you'll definitely be fine with that Co-hab docs checklist for your wife. One thing I would like to tell you that there's no set requirements from the UKBA for Co-hab docs for any dependants so I think you sh...
