1. B1 English (Listening and Speaking)
2. Pass Life in UK

So if the English language requirement is a proposal (not a rule yet).. Does that mean you can still do ESOL with citzenship course. In other words the current language requirements apply?

Either

1. ESOL with citizenship

Or

2. Pass the LIFE IN THE UK TEST.

Im sorry i keep going on about the same thing. So in simple terms the ILR rules pre 9th July apply to me. It states anyone applying for ILR after october 2013 must pass both The life in the UK test and obtain minimum B1 level.

So my wife must pass both.

Just the salary side im not too sure about.

Any MODS know what applies to me?

It doesn't mention anything about a chest xray or CBP. Just UK pre-departure tuberculosis (TB) detection certificate if you come from certain countries. Where in india can she get the CBP and xray from?

Do the above have an expiry date?

Also if she travels without the above then will it cause a major problem?
