As i told you UKBA and Home Office know the applicant motive of getting visa they are not stupid as we think they we are in 2012 not in 2000s were last government just open the door for mass immgration even you dont know english and studing in Uk as PHD/Masters

Temporarily' means you don't expect to be away for more than 52 weeks from the time you leave. If you go abroad temporarily, you can still get your Child Benefit payments

and 52 weeks is less then four months 8)

dont worry sister just tel your husband to apply even without test reuslts if he get refused he will get right to appeal and submit the test as an evidence and will fall under current rule dont panic every thing be ok

go and inform HMRC and create a pain for your self when you want replay they will ask you thousand question and plenty of forms to fills and reply u back after 3 months

personal experice people go on summer holiydays they dont inform any one and get the benifit HMRC looks for Benift/Pension not Immgration

your wife still can get free medical health care during pregancy but just 1 hospital Hammersmith Hospital Shepherds Bush, London they will not ask your immgaration status :)
