No, you can't apply for ILR in August 2014 as your entry clearance was granted in August 2005 after your visitor visa had expired. So there is a break in continuous residence.
However you are eligible to apply upto 28 days before 12 Sep 2015.

I'll qualify for ILR in sep 2013 in 10 years Long Residence category. At the moment I'm on Tier 1 General dependent visa which will expire in 2014. But I'm planning to apply for ILR in 2013. Can I apply from inside UK or my country of origin?
