Hi there, My wife (who is going to sponsor me) earns far less than the 18500 threshold. I understand that I need to have a shortfall of 50k to cover the difference. My question is should this difference be in my bank account or her bank account? I have the funds in my account now , is that Ok? Thanks

Thanks Greenie and Lucapooka.

I know that the funds need to be in my accounts for 6 months prior to the application. Is there any other major condition to check before I apply.

Thanks again for your help

Applying from the UK

Dear experts,

Is it possible to apply for the entrepreneur visa from the UK if I am on a visit visa? Does it matter what type of visit visa I will be on? Business or tourist visit?

Is it true that application from outside the UK are processed faster?

Thanks for your reply Lukapooka. I meant if the 200k committed for investment was made by a UK citizen and the funds are already in a UK based bank, will these funds be accepted or it must be funds from a foreign bank and by a non British citizen?

Thanks for your help

I guess my question is what should I...

Should the 200k be fully invested during the first 3 years?

Dear experts, In our business plan, we believe that less than 200k will be needed to achieve the employment target for visa renewal. So in case by the end of the third year of starting the business, the business had spent less than 200k in operating cost and relied mostly on profit generated from th...
