i didnt recive anything from the home office or court or my solicitor
i call my solicitor few times and all he said he send a lettere to home office and stil didnt hear nothing from theml

mycase so complicated i dont know what to do

I think your problem here is your situation is a little unusual and you question is a little unclear, as to what you actually want to know. It seems your paying for the services of an immigration lawyer have you asked him to clarify what the situation is? he should be best placed to know the detail...

It depends on the judge and what mood he is in on the day your file lands on his table. If there is only one of two objections raised by the UKBA then you have more of a chance.
