Family photos and P60 are NOT required. We just submitted application 14/12/202, one part (main applicant) asked if you wanted to submit P60's for the relevant periods and as held we offered. The final application stated as documents list: Optionally, I will also provide the following documents as ...

FLR(M) Extension wife + son – document uploading query

Greetings, We are presently working through the online FLR (M) renewal application for Wife + son. I must admit it seems a better format than before, allowing both to be linked (although nearly had a heart attack when sons seemed to disappear only to be found as part of hers). We will be using a che...

Re: Settlement visa for stepson - refusal

I appreciate we may not have fully satisfied sole responsibility (at the time of application they were reasons) I note your link to one in a conversation, however the general agreement further down is that as my stepson did not live with us in Germany then he is excluded from the SS route. am I to ...

Re: Settlement visa for stepson - refusal

What was the reason for the refusal for the child settlement visa? I am going to garner a guess and say it is because his mother is not on a settlement visa and therefore he does not qualify for one either. You should have applied for a family permit. However, based on your previous post last year,...

Re: Settlement visa for stepson - refusal

I have removed one of the images as it contains your wife's full name. Please only upload documents where ALL personal information has been black out. I thought I uploaded three but you removed one while still uploading, I did not realise this and corrected it, can you delete it and I start again?

Re: Settlement visa for stepson - refusal

What I cannot understand is: 1. Application was not the 13 April, and not made under human rights claim? 2. I was the sponsor who sent the relevant payslips etc yet no mention of this, rather they refer to my wife as the sponsor? 3. At the time of application he was in boarding school, this was conf...

Supporting documents for settlement visa

I can not seem to find any reference to this question either here or on the internet:

Now that supporting documents have to be sent to Sheffield what do I need to send to prove who I am as sponsor?

I see no mention of my passport?

Thanks in advance

Re: EEA Family Permit for a Stepson (via marriage, not adopt

Hello Members With everything that has been said, does it make any difference that I hold dual nationality? As I presently only have one passport I normally refer to myself as British unless formal documentation asks and never thought it might affect this question. I was born in Dublin and have Iris...

Settlement visa for stepson

Hi members I am a little more knowledged on the EEA route although I do try to read the entire forum and from my study I hope someone will be kind enough to correct me if I am wrong. I had previously asked about a stepson and EEA family permit and got mixed answers and want to be prepared for a wors...

Re: EEA Family Permit for a Stepson (via marriage, not adopt

Thanks for all your comments. I had a feeling this was not as straight forward as it seemed. I appreciate this is an undocumented case. If we did proceed with the application and it comes back as a “I don’t believe this is a valid application and suggest a “voluntary” withdrawal” This I believe woul...

Re: EEA Family Permit application refused

My understanding was that she could not use the German residency card to enter the UK alone, hence the FP application You are waiting for her in the UK. Therefore the card is valid as visa exemption. Hi mgb Sorry did not refresh and see this till I already asked the question, where does it say this...
