I’m also confused about section 6.13 and 6.14 on SET(O). My wife is due for an ILR and her last leave was granted in Aug 2017. Should I answer 6.13 as NO?? And leave 6.14 as blank?

I called them on Monday and they asked me to email my situation on appointmentexceptions@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and ask them on the email to re-issue me with the letter, which i did on the same day. I haven't received any response as yet. I wonder how much time they take to response back.
