Re: ILR Advice

This is what I got from a professional Lawyer. Many thanks for sending these across. This may not be a huge issue. Can I ask when you applied for the extension visa. Did you do it significantly before the expiry of your initial visa expiring? If so it may not be possible to apply for ILR as the Home...

ILR Eligibility check

Hello,

I got my first Tier 1 approved on 22nd March 2010 and subsequently went for an extension in 2013 and got an extension till 12th March 2015.

My question is will I need to apply for another extension because I haven't got continuous 5 year leave and I am short by 10 days.

Thanks in advance.

I don't see how can a case work refuse you for having extra income. As long as you are claiming enough points, extra income shouldn't be a problem.. Please keep us posted about the verdict..

Hello,

Same has happened to me. My BRP didn't come but my dependent's BRP arrived next day of visa approval. It's been more than 7 days since they received their card so I have written to them but didn't hear anything back.

Thanks a lot for your reply! I thought we as Tier 1 migrants can bring our parents under the same rules but it seems like I was mistaken and have to wait for two more years before I can sponsor them.

Check the dependent form and it asks are you using the same statement or different statement for maintenance. What's the issue her? PS: rea...

Just answer No. This is more for legal representatives. The dependent form goes from your child and you only have to sign on his behalf.

You can use her account to show her maintenance money and your account to show your required fund. This should be fine. She should have at least £600 in her account and £900 in your account. you will be fine.
