Re: Non EEA Residence card

You get retain right provided you was married for three years and eu national was working.

On your first question, you was allowed to enter as they never found out that EU sponsor has stopped working. CSI is not same as European health card

Re: Travelling to Pakistan from UK first time after BC

Why would queuing in any line be an issue? You can use any in pak. Carry both passports and show whatever requested :)

Keep it simple and don't complicate it for yourself :) you are worrying for no reason.

You are national of both countries so it's your right to get admission into both!!

Re: Non EEA Residence card

Hi, You need to realise that you haven't got a 'visa'. Residence card is just a confirmation of your status in the UK. It's invalid if your sponsor's circuimstances changes. E.g. Leaving uk or stop working. Home office will clearly not bother about you not applying for PR as you don't qualify. You c...

Re: Need clarification (nonEEA spouse of UK citizen) moving

Hi As you're a visa free national, you can travel alone and join her. You even don't need to mention her and your settlement unless it's being asked. She don't need to be in job when you come and she can find job within the first three month of arrival info the state. I suggest travel together, leas...

Re: Stamp 4EUFAM Approved..FINALLY!!!

Hi,

The subject of the post seems misleading.

There isn't much you can do and INIS experiencing delays is a known fact. Suggest sit tight and wait. Hopefully it won't be long before you have a good news.

Re: eu1 dependent parent uk citizen 2016

There is no minimum period but I have seen cases with 6 months dependency.

Get visit visa and by the time you come here it will be nearly 6 months. Once they are in Ireland and you provide them with accommodation and living etc then you should be ok.

Zeeshan

Re: eu1 dependent parent uk citizen 2016

Hi,

You will need money transfer evidence.

You will also need to show they don't have source of income and they completely rely on money given by you.

Where are parents?

Re: Article 50(Brexit) and moving to Ireland with non eu spo

Hi,

This doesn't stop the day Article 50 is triggered and you will be allowed to live in Ireland after that as long as you are exercising your treaty rights. There is no guarantee that you will be able to get FP based on your stay in Ireland or PR. This will all depends on how the negotiations go.

Will parents be treated as extended family member or direct family member. My understanding is that parents will still be able to do SS if they meet new requirements. Is that correct?

Re: eu1 dependent parent uk citizen 2016

Hi, The new changes still classifies parents as Family members and not extended family members. Can you please guide me how parents are treated as extended family members? 1) In these Regulations, “family member” means, in relation to a person (“A”)— (a)A’s spouse or civil partner; (b)A’s direct des...

Re: eu1 dependent parent uk citizen 2016

My friend got it for his parents within 5 week and it was last month.

It seems like they don't have much cases coming in these days and this process seems to be quick for some people.

I posted my application on 27th so fingers crossed.

Medical insurance Parent Eu1

Hi,

Do we need medical insurance for parent of EU citizen if EU citizen is self employed and working in Ireland?

If medical insurance is required then do we need CSI or just health cover at any level?

Re: Parent of British children visa

Sorry, I wasn't clear.

I mean they are not married. They used to live together and stayed together for around a year. They are planning to move into same place in near future.

I meant child alone is British. Father has PR card and mother was student but overstayed now.

Hi, What is your nationality? Where are your parents based? Where are you based now? Was the money getting transferred from your Spouse's or joint account?
