Re: Critical Skill permit refusal

that's the only one liner I have got on the refusal. It doesn't say anything other than this one line. Employer does not meet the requirements set out. this is first CSEP for the company and we never applied for it in the past. The position is for the software engineer and salary is set to 38k. the ...

Critical Skill permit refusal

I recently applied for a critical skill permit for an employee but got rejection reason. Employer does not meet the requirements set out. The Limited company has 10% non eu employees and is registered with Revenue and CRO. I have gone through the guidance again and it seems like the company is meeti...

Re: EU3 Timeline for Non-Eu family Members of British Citizens

I'm in same boat with similar scenario.

I was thinking of doing an affidavit stating that my mother is dependent on me and she lives with us. I'll provide my mortgage statement and tax returns.

Hope that will be sufficient but open to expert suggestions.

Re: Queries in Citizenship Application

Are we 100% sure that each electricity bill will give 10 points? Normally there are 6 bills in a year so getting 60 points sounds great but do we have any reference to this understanding?

Re: EU3 Timeline for Non-Eu family Members of British Citizens

The department is really strict on 6 week rule these days. No absence in last one year for more than six weeks. if EU citizen was out then unfortunately they will have to wait until they satisfy the requirement.

if EU citizen came back in Aug 2021 then clock starts from the day they returned.

Re: EU3 Timeline for Non-Eu family Members of British Citizens

This is really valid concern but as delay was due to INIS, you can present these grounds with naturalisation application and this should be fine according to best of my knowledge. However, you will have to ensure that you spend 5 years on valid stamps with no gap in last 365 days before the applicat...

Re: EU3 Timeline for Non-Eu family Members of British Citizens

Based on your temp stamp timelines in other threads (first temp stamp in 5/2017 and current stamp valid till 09/22) earliest you can apply is on 03/22. As you have not completed 5 years and you still have 9 months stamps, you cannot apply early. In my case, my mother had already completed 5 years on...

As far as I know, it will not impact their EU3 application as you will be naturalised in probably two years' time considering current timelines.

Re: EU3 Timeline for Non-Eu family Members of British Citizens

Hi, My mother was given first temporary stamp in November 2016 and eu3fam in Jul 2017. I moved to Ireland in October 2016 so technically she completed 5 years on a stamp in November 2021 and hence I applied. Although her stamp is expiring in Jul, she can apply EU3 after spending 5 years on a valid ...

Re: EUTR3 submitted a month ago, but have no acknowledgment received since then

They do send acknowledgments. Typically, it takes a lot more than a month to get acknowledgment. I posted application around 8th November and didn't get acknowledgment as well so at this stage, I won't worry much about it.

Re: Refusal for EU4 - Review Process and other related questions

Hi- what were the false basis?

1- review can take long time or sometimes it’s quick. I have seen cases getting reviews in two weeks. Depends on what you present in review.

2- depends

3- yes and no impact as long as it’s short

4- answer above question for further help
