Correct, no explicit balance is required (as was the case for previous T1 extensions) & there is no requirement to maintain a given balance for any number of months.

Thats not correct. For tier 1 extensions we were supposed to show the minimum funds requirement of £900 for the last 90 days.

Isn't it the earliest date you can apply is 30/06/2015??? Its 28 days before you complete 5 years on 28/07/2015.

She can apply her extension as a PBS dependent even though you have been granted ILR recently. And she will get a maximum of 3 years extension. She has to provide proof of maintenance funds. The home office have also confirmed if the original booking was made prior to 6 April 2015 for an appointment after 6 April 2015, the fee increase does not need to be paid as the full fee was paid in advance at the time of booking. So no discrepancy.

You don't need to worry, I used SJD Accountancy for 2 years and also got an extension with the letter they have provided. They are one of the top accountancy firms in UK. However they are a bit expensive then the rest of the accountancy firms out there.
