On that case what about postal delay to get back the document in hand. If (lets say) it take 5 days on that case will those 5 days consider as overstayer.

1.Letter from employer supporting payslips
2. Letter from employer confirming employment
3. 5 year p60

For previous earning pay slips and bank statements were enough. Why you add employer letter.
