Yes you are ok for your ILR 1st Jan 2013 ( 29 Jan 2013 - 28 days . As you enter within 90 days of EC that 47 days will count towards your 5 year contineous residence.

mnad PEO booking is not transferable and you can not attent someones appointment because name and date of birth will not match. if some one cancell and same you think you will get it, less less chance. many other people also sit down for appointment and some one might grab it. try 12 at night
