Applying for British Citizenship as spouse of BC

Hi All,

I am asking this question on behalf of my wife.

She got her ILR a week ago on the basis of 10 years. I already have British citizenship.

Can she apply for BC straightaway or she has to wait for one year?

Thank you in Advance for your help.

Regards

Spouse visa Main

Hi All

I am going to apply for my wife's spouse visa using FLR (M) as I got my ILR on 10 years basis. My wife first entered in UK in 2009 as Tier1 dependant. Do I need to only fill section 7A-Financial requirement or I also need to fill section 7B-Maintenance?

Thank you.
