Knowledge of language for naturalisation

Could somebody please advise:

If I apply and get UK NARIC's English Language Assessment for my bachelors done in India , to prove my English standard is CEFR Level C1, is this okay to apply for naturalization as I have already got Life in the UK .

In my case, we (myself and my wife) have got ILR on last monday i.e. 11th feb , and we both would like apply for naturalisation on 12th feb 2014, so we both can only be away from UK for not more than 90 days.

What? You were granted HSMP but then entered as a student, or are you saying you had previously entered as a student but switched to HSMP on 5 March?
