I was told my application is approved but they await update on their system. I was told I will receive call by Tues/Wed (before 1st Aug), still waiting...

Can I take Life in UK test and apply for ILR in Person on the same day.
I've booked Life in UK from 09:15 to 10:15 I'm hoping I should get the results well before 11:30. I've my PEO appointment at Croydon at 1 PM.
