Neccessary steps after entering the UK under HSMP

Hi,

I am not sure whether it is the right forum to post this question. Anyways...

What are the neccessary steps one must follow after entering the UK? Like here in Germany, we need to inform the local authorities and aliens office etc.

I don't think you can have them date the EC that far in advance. Why not just wait the nearly 3 months before applying? Hi, Can anybody help me regarding EC? I got HSMP approval letter issued on 15th March and have three months to apply for EC. Is it possible that I apply for Entry Clearance now but ask them to stamp visa which start after three months i.e. 15th June? Another question is that would it be problem if I...

I applied around 15th of January and my HSMP No. was 113**. Called them today and they told that they have made the decision on 13th of March and sent it by First class mail.
