The form has been changed since the 29th of May and the council send the old one for my wife yesterday without being aware of the new form. I came to know about this today. Not sure what to do ?

She has been my dependent since 2006. I was a student till 2010 then PSW followed by Tier 2 and recently ILR

English requirement at B1 level( if u done any degree in uk then u dont have to pass b1 ( ur original degree certificate will fulfil english requirement ?
Orginal degree with only my name on it should work here???

I have submitted my SET(LR) in Dec 2013 and for English requirement I only provided my UK Master Degree only. It has only the degree tile and my name on it. I need to know if this would be enough ?

Thanks for the information.

Is it the FLR(M) to use for dependent visa. I guess that would give her a visa for 2 years but what after that. Does she need to apply for ILR (what form to use) after getting the dependent visa?
